The Intergalactic Travel Bureau is a space where scientists, artists, and the public meet to delve into the realities and limitations of leisure space travel. It is an experience meant to inform and inspire all who participate.
This summer's production is sponsored by the American Physical Society. The Bureau is located at 266 W 37th Street in New York City courtesy of Chashama, and will be open from July 12 through July 21st, 2013. We regret that we cannot be available on other dates due to high off world demand. Visit the agency to speak with one of our highly trained agents to plan your personalized space travel adventure. Our consultations are entirely free and without obligation. All ages welcome.
The Intergalactic Travel Bureau premiered in October 2011 at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich as part of the Astronomers’ Ball. Last June it made its first U.S. appearance at the FIGMENT Festival on Governor's Island in New York.
